Overwatch Security Group secures McClain Farms for U.S. Courts
On April 17, 2023 we received the call from an armed security company in Austin Texas, asking if we could assist by becoming direct hires and securing McClain Farms in Benton Kentucky For the United States Courts. Brian McClain the owner and operator of McClain Farms allegedly committed suicide after learning from a tip, that his farm was to be seized and he was to be criminally charged. Through his admission and suicide notes McClain Farms engaged in hundreds of millions of dollars in fraud. We were duly assigned to protect A financial crimes, investigator, and expert witness who had been flown in from Austin, Texas by the trustee. Upon our arrival to the farm off Vanzora Road in Benton Kentucky, people began showing up who had learned of McClain’s suicide. Many people who had invested anywhere from $100,000-$15 million with Brian McClain.
This became a dangerous job site very quickly. Brian McClain and staff faked his cattle counts and through McClain farms ran a ghost cattle operation which is speculated to be a laundering operation. This could only be done with the help of people who should’ve been watching. Through interviews conducted to curb further theft we learned that one agency may have known about this operation for two years.
Our team secured and oversaw the removal of over 2000 cows still on the property who had been seized and sent to sell at escrow for some of the fraud victims who’d invested with McClain Farms. It should be noted this was the highest number of cows that had ever been on the property and nowhere close to 95,000 that Mcclain Farms claimed.
Even after receiving threat of arrest, sheriff’s deputies informed us they had a hold order from the Marshall county attorneys office on the cattle. With the law on our side we managed to fulfill securing and removing our clients’ cows. It is concerning that we have body cam footage of Marshall County Deputies and most importantly a deputy who said he spoke with the County Attorney and Sheriff about the blocking of these cattle with appropriate court order. I asked for him to produce the paperwork and he could not. He then began making phone calls.
Our team successfully discovered a cache of unfounded evidence for the FBI, United States Trustee, and the American People.
We saw who got paid from this corrupt fraud enterprise and look forward to testifying to the names and evidence uncovered. It’s painful to know the people who should be prosecuted and arrested for aiding McClain are living very comfortable lives and being paid as public officials by we the people.
We were told by a Forensic Auditor that through his account in March 2023 McClain Farms had engaged in over $200 million in fraud and that is only for the month of March 2023. Our team seized and immediately turned over documents that proved the same. It is disturbing to know that someone can commit these types of crimes and have their living associates still engaged in fraud with state actor support.
Nothing that was deemed by the courts to be seized walked off that site under our supervision.
